Deepa Abhilash, PMHNP, FNP

Deepa Abhilash has earned dual Master’s degree from Wilmington University, Delaware.  She is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, as well as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has more than seven years  of diverse experiences as a Nurse Practitioner and over 18 years of experience as a Registered Nurse. She is settled in the  United States along with her family. Her goal is to advocate for people who are struggling with serious mental illnesses. She is always looking forward to opportunities to serve, educate, and encourage her clients to be responsible for their mental health. Ultimately, she aspires to help them to function in the community so that they can find the purpose of their life. 
Her approaches in the treatment of mental illness include medication management, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy. She works with children over 12 years old, adolescents, adults and geriatric. Her areas of expertise include substance use disorders, PTSD, depression, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, bipolar disorders, eating disorders, gender dysphoria, ADHD, disruptive mood dysregulation, insomnia, and personality disorders.

Leena S Saj, PMHNP, FNP

Leena S Saj obtained her Masters in Psych Mental Health from Wilmington University. She also has earned a Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Wilmington University. She has seven years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner. She has over 25 years of Nursing experience in many countries. She sees children, adolescents, and adults. She enjoys working with a wide range of behavioral health issues including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, personality disorders, ADHD, ODD, DMDD, schizophrenia. She uses an integrative approach with the rights and responsibilities of individuals who seek assessment, support, care, treatment, rehabilitation and recovery.
